We built a new deck and had to complete it with 4 planter boxes. Nothing says Summer more than red , white & blue.
Our hangers were purchased from Hooks & Lattice and are design to go over the rail ,no screws into our wood. We Love them !

The balance between the visual weight of the Ipei decking and the flower boxes is very complementary; not easy to achieve as harmoniously as we see here. *Very* nice ! It creates great warmth and both elements end up creating a very exciting while inviting outdoor space. Out door living at its best ! Nice work.
